We are committed to the continuous improvement of our products and services with the aim of constantly improving vaccine yields per egg used, while reducing the use of resources per egg produced.
Transparency
Transparency is the basic prerequisite for our customers' trust that we are demonstrably doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of people and animals. Furthermore, data-based transparency in production ensures that quality is made measurable using key performance indicators (KPI). Measurability, in turn, is the foundation of any improvement process.
Security of supply
As a leading supplier of SPF and clean eggs, we have a high level of responsibility worldwide to ensure that sufficient eggs are available at all times for the production of vital vaccines. Accordingly, we have established a global supply network in which we keep backup solutions ready for our customers, thus ensuring their continuous supply.
Prevention
As in vaccine production itself, it is crucial for us to avoid deviations in the production process by means of a practiced quality management system as well as in general by preventive and proactive action. These include, for example, preventive maintenance, regular staff training, continuous production data analysis or effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) management.
Sustainability
With our products, we generate added value for society together with our customers through health protection. It is our task to generate this added value in a sustainable manner for our employees, the animals in our care, nature, and all public stakeholders.

As part of the production chain for human and veterinary vaccines, it is essential to define all processes and procedures in the company, to anchor them in a practised quality management system, to monitor them and to regularly scrutinise them in the search for improvements.

We guarantee quality. This is only possible because we regularly scrutinise all processes. Our quality control therefore covers a wide range of tasks in our work processes
